What is the Mobilizing the Voices of Clients and Caregivers?

SRCHC and TO Live are partnering to mobilize the voices of clients and caregivers. We will offer a peer-facilitated introduction to a self-guided tour of the Mandela exhibition, presented by TO Live. This 45 minute tour will be followed by a peer facilitated discussion with a call to action to improve health and well-being.

The workshop is 2 hours in length, including the 45 minute self-guided tour of the exhibition.

This program is open to anyone living with or caring for someone with a chronic health condition.

What does it cost to attend?

There is no fee. TO Live and SRCHC have partnered to offer this program at no cost. Registered participants will receive travel support (TTC tokens).

Who developed the program?

TO Live and the South Riverdale Community Health Centre have come together as program partners to offer an innovative means for people to stay active while living with long term health condition, and provide an opportunity for clients and caregivers to voice their concerns to advance clients and caregiver rights.
