Living Life To The Full
What is the Living Life to the Full Program (LLTTF)?
The Living Life to the Full is a 8 week workshop an evidence-based, mental well-being program designed to help participants better manage life’s challenges and improve their overall mental health. Developed by Dr. Chris Williams, a psychiatrist and expert in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), the program is practical, interactive, and geared toward everyday life.
Who can attend?
Adults, age 18 and up, anyone looking to improve their emotional well-being. Participants must be able to function in a group setting.
What does it cost to attend?
It is FREE to participants, and participants receive the Living a Life to the Full course materials. Participants must pre-register for the program and are encouraged to attend all eight sessions.
What happens in the workshop?
Workshop groups meet once a week for 1.5 hours, over eight weeks. There are ten to twelve participants in each workshop. In the workshop, participants will learn about:

Identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors

Boost self-confidence and problem-solving skills

Improve relationships and communication

Manage anxiety, low mood, and stress more effectively

Set and achieve realistic goals
