This skill building session is for individuals who have taken a Brief Action Planning Workshop.

In 1 hour, you will practice over the phone BAP skills that you learned on Friday November 15th. 

This session will be facilitated by a trained health care professional and you will practice your skills in a teleconference with five other individuals.

  • Come to the session as registered
  • Take care of your needs (stand up, stretch, leave the room)
  • Make S.M.A.R.T goals based on the content delivered
  • Be respectful of others and their ideas
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Turn off your cell phones/pagers
  • Participate in group discussion
