In this one and half hour (1.5 hour) session, up to 6 individuals who have previously taken a Choices and Changes: Motivating Healthy Behaviour workshop will practice skills with a simulated patient and receive coaching support.

This session will be facilitated by one of the four health care professionals who are the only individuals in North America trained to deliver this unique learning experience. During the session, participants will:

• Review material learned in the C&C training
• Practice C&C skills by working with an actor who will simulate patients
• Receive feedback on ways to improve skills learned in the C&C workshop from the facilitators

Registrants must be previous Choices and Changes Workshop participants.
